Attic Sale Update!

Posted on Aug 4, 2020 in Fresh News

At the General Board Meeting on Sunday, 7/26, it was determined that the September Attic Sale will be cancelled due to the current status in the community and SPCC not being open to full activity.

The funds generated by the sale are important to SPCC so we need to explore other opportunities to raise funds for 2020. Since meeting in person is not an option at this time, we will have a zoom meeting in the recent weeks to discuss fund raising options and the attic sale items that we all have stored. Please don’t dispose of those treasures.

More updates to come soon!

An Update From The Executive Committee on Covid-19 and Services

Posted on Jul 14, 2020 in Fresh News

Please know the Executive Committee continues to meet and track the current trends in relation to COVID-19 as we prayerfully discern when it is safe to regather for in-person worship. SouthPark Christian Church’s utmost priority is the health and safety of our entire congregation. We thank you for your support and patience as we navigate this unprecedented time.

But EC did decide that when we do return, Services will be held in the Fellowship Hall. The Fellowship Hall was chosen because of the ease of cleaning and safety of members. Dave Schroder set up the Fellowship Hall to determine how many will be able to attend. He estimates the Fellowship Hall will allow 16 to 22 seats, depending on the number of family units.

Here is how the seating will look in the Fellowship Hall
